Nicole Kidman's $325M Divorce Has a "Cocaine Clause"

Nicole Kidman’s recent divorce from husband Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage has captured major media attention, with one sensational rumor circulating about a "$325 million divorce" involving an alleged "cocaine clause."

However, a thorough review of publicly available court documents and credible news sources reveals no evidence supporting either the $325 million figure or any such "cocaine clause" in their divorce agreement.

Official records from their divorce proceedings in Davidson County, Tennessee, show the couple reached a notably amicable agreement focused on co-parenting and asset division. The filings mention that Nicole Kidman cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split but make no reference to any clauses involving drugs or unusual financial penalties.

The financial details disclosed indicate that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban each reported substantial monthly incomes—approximately $100,000 each—reflective of their superstar careers. Forbes ranked Kidman among the highest-paid actresses, with earnings from her numerous film and TV projects. Yet despite their combined wealth, the divorce documents reveal that neither party will pay spousal or child support to the other, suggesting a prenup arrangement and a mutual decision to keep finances separate post-divorce.

The parenting plan included in the divorce paperwork is detailed and collaborative. It allocates 306 days of custody to Kidman and 59 days to Urban annually, with both agreeing to share joint decision-making responsibilities concerning the upbringing and education of their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. Both parents have also agreed to attend co-parenting seminars to ensure a smooth transition for their children.
